- LA Taq DNA Polymerase
Combines Taq DNA polymerase and a DNA proofreading polymerase, with 3’→5’ exonuclease activity, to enable amplification of very long DNA templates
- LA Taq DNA polymerase, Hot-Start Version
Includes monoclonal antibody that binds Taq polymerase, preventing nonspecific amplification due to mispriming and/or formation of primer dimers during PCR assembly
- LA Taq PCR kit
Amplification of long DNA templates, enabling routine amplification of products up to 20 kb in length, including GC-rich amplicons
