Combines Taq DNA polymerase and a DNA proofreading polymerase, with 3’→5’ exonuclease activity, to enable amplification of very long DNA templates

Includes monoclonal antibody that binds Taq polymerase, preventing nonspecific amplification due to mispriming and/or formation of primer dimers during PCR assembly
