We offer a variety of plasmids for carrying out mammalian expression studies. Choose from our plasmids with antibiotic selectable markers and bicistronic IRES vectors, which allow your gene of interest and the selection marker to be translated from a single RNA so you can be certain that the cells resistant to the antibiotic also express your gene of interest. Our bidirectional promoter vectors are designed to constitutively express a protein of interest and a reporter protein (or two proteins of interest) simultaneously with a fluorescent reporter protein. For gene or microRNA function studies use our microRNA expression vectors which provide strong miRNA expression and allow you to verify and track that expression with a fluorescent protein marker.
