Phosphatases
Select from the following enzymes
We offer a variety of alkaline phosphatases (calf intestine, E.coli, and shrimp) to reduce linear vector self-ligation and vector background during cloning. We also offer T4 Polynucleotide Kinase for 5'-end labeling of DNA or RNA.
- Alkaline Phosphatase (Calf Intestine)
Catalyses the hydrolysis of 5'-phosphate termini from DNA, RNA, dNTPs and rNTPs
- Alkaline Phosphatase (E coli C75)
Catalyses the removal of most phosphomonoester bonds from the 5' and 3' termini of DNA and RNA without degrading diphosphate or triphosphate linkages
- Alkaline Phosphatase (Shrimp)
SAP is irreversibly heat inactivated at 65°C for 15 minutes, allowing for streamlining of cloning experiments
- Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (ArcticZymes)
Multipurpose alkaline phosphatase that can be fully inactivated by a short heat treatment
