Epigenetics and Small RNA Sequencing
Our epigenetic profiling kits encompass a wide range of solutions that couple efficient isolation of histone-bound DNA (ChIP Elute Kit and DNA SMART ChIP-Seq Kit), methylated DNA (EpiXplore Meth-Seq DNA Enrichment Kit) or small RNAs (SMARTer smRNA-Seq Kit for Illumina) with ligation-free library preparation methods enabled by SMART (Switching Mechanism at 5' end of RNA Template) technology. These kits enable highly efficient and reproducible library generation from low-input samples. For additional information on the advantages of our kits, or to access experimental procedures and sample data, please refer to our technical notes for chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-seq), methylated DNA sequencing (meth-seq), and small RNA sequencing (smRNA-seq).
- DNA SMART ChIP-Seq Kit
Kit adds Illumina-specific sequencing adapters to the ends of DNA fragments in a ligation-independent manner
- ChIP Elute Kit
Fast and simple method to reverse cross-link, elute, and purify DNA captured by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)
- EpiXplore Meth-Seq DNA Enrichment Kit
Product for separating methylated and unmethylated fractions of DNA, and generating sequencing-ready Illumina® libraries from sheared genomic DNA
- SMARTer smRNA-Seq Kit for Illumina
Developed to work directly with total RNA or enriched small RNA (including microRNA), for inputs ranging from 1 ng–2 μg
