Our immune profiling kits use a 5'-RACE-based approach combined with SMART technology (Switching Mechanism at 5' End of RNA Template) to capture V(D)J sequences starting from RNA samples, unlike conventional methods which use DNA as starting material. These kits streamline the process of sample preparation, give reproducible results from a wide range of input amounts (10–1,000 ng of RNA) from mouse or human samples (purified cells, spleen, PBMCs, Jurkat cells, or hybridomas), and are highly sensitive in the detection of low-abundance transcripts. Learn more about the kits and see sample data by viewing our tech notes.
Key highlights of these kits include:
- Illumina-ready sequencing libraries—multiplex samples with 96 primer index options
- Specificity—optimized RACE-based PCR approaches efficiently capture of full-length transcripts
- Sensitivity—detection of rare transcripts
- Reproducibility—consistent clonotype identification and isotype calling across a range of sample inputs
