Choose from our selection of pCMV-based vector systems, which incorporate DYKDDDDK (FLAG epitope)-, HA-, or Myc- fusion tags. All of these systems provide the following advantages:
- Constitutive, high-level expression in a wide variety of mammalian cell types
- Efficient immunoprecipitation, affinity purification, Western blotting, and immunofluorescent staining
- Minimal interference with protein function due to the small size of the tag (8–11 amino acids)
- Correct protein folding, assembly, and incorporation of post-translational modifications needed for biological activity
