One Shot LA PCR Mix Ver. 2.0 enables long-range PCR in a convenient premix format. This long-and-accurate PCR enzyme premix is composed of LA Taq DNA Polymerase, LA PCR Buffer II, and dNTPs provided at 2X concentration in 25-µl aliquots predispensed into 0.2-ml PCR tubes. Simply add an equal volume of solution containing DNA template and primers to each tube to obtain a complete and ready-to-amplify reaction.
