- Y2HGold provides four reporters for exceptionally stringent two-hybrid screening with Matchmaker Gold
- Use Y187 for simplified library construction & screening with the Mate & Plate system
- Y2HGold and Y187 have opposite mating types, so they are perfect mating partners
