Uni-Link AminoModifier
Uni-Link AminoModifier
Uni-Link AminoModifier is a cyanoethyl phosphoramidite that allows you to directly incorporate a primary amine onto the 5' end of an oligonucleotide using automated synthesis. Label-ON reagents provide an efficient way to directly label oligonucleotides with various reporter molecules. All Label-On Reagents possess the patented 2-aminobutyl-1,3-propanediol (ABPD) backbone, which offer distinct benefits.
Overview
- Incorporate single or multiple labels during oligonucleotide synthesis
- Place labels at the 5' end, internally, or at the 3' end
- Maintain natural 3-carbon internucleotide phosphate distance
- Obtain very high coupling efficiencies on any commercially available synthesizer
Applications
- Oligo labeling (reagents)
- Nucleic acid modifications
- Nucleic acid chemistry (reagents)
- Nucleic acid labeling (reagents)
- Nucleic acid synthesis (reagents)
