  10 pouches (for 10 L)

  Final solution from one pouch (1 L) contains:
  0.025 M Tris
  0.192 M Glycine

• Tris-Glycine Powder (Cat. #T902)
  50 packages (for 25 L)
  
  One package (for 500 ml) contains:
  3.0 g Tris (hydroxymethly) aminomethane
  14.4 g Glycine

Storage

Store powder at room temperature.

Preparation

Transfer the contents of the pouch to a flask or beaker. Add 300 ml of distilled water or deionized water and stir the solution for a few minutes. Adjust the volume to 1,000 ml, and stir until completely dissolved.
