This product is a powder for preparing 50X Tris-Acetate-EDTA Buffer (TAE), which is used for agarose or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The buffer can easily be prepared by dissolving the powder in H2O. One pouch is used to prepare 1,000 ml of 50X concentrated TAE Buffer (pH 8.3).

- Buffer for agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis of nucleic acid.
