TransFactor NFATc1 Chemiluminescent Kit
TransFactor Chemiluminescent Kits provide rapid, sensitive detection of specific transcription factor DNA binding in whole cell or nuclear extracts using an ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) format. Each NFATc1 Chemiluminescent Kit contains two 96-well plates with the consensus binding sequence for NFATc1 coated in the wells. Primary and Secondary Antibodies are provided to detect the bound transcription factor. Competitor Oligos are provided for competition assays.

TransFactor Chemiluminescent Kits detect DNA-transcription factor binding activities in as little as 10 ng of cellular extract. The activity of NFκB p65 was assessed using the TransFactor Chemiluminescent NFκB Family Kit. NFκB p65 activity was tested using increasing amounts of nuclear extracts (Panel A) or whole-cell extracts (Panel B) from uninduced and TNF-α induced HeLa cells. Chemiluminescent signals were detected with the Monolight 3096 Microplate Luminometer.
