PrimeSTAR GXL DNA Polymerase provides efficient PCR amplification even for the toughest scenarios, including amplification of GC-rich targets, amplification in the presence of excess template that can contribute to nonspecific binding, and amplification of long products (up to 30 kb). The antibody-mediated hot-start feature enhances PCR specificity and sensitivity.

PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase comes with separate tubes of 5X buffer and dNTP mixture.PrimeSTAR GXL polymerase is our most robust high-fidelity polymerase available for challenging targets (GC-rich sequences, excess template, long amplicons).
