pAmCyan Vector
pAmCyan is a prokaryotic expression vector, which encodes Anemonia majano cyan fluorescent protein (AmCyan). The AmCyan coding sequence carried in pAmCyan retains the wild-type codon usage. In this vector, the mCyan gene is flanked by separate and distinct MCS regions at the 5' and 3' ends so that the AmCyan gene can be subcloned into other expression vectors. This vector is primarily intended to serve as a convenient source of AmCyan cDNA.
