Time saving isolation of plasmid DNA with NucleoSpin® Plasmid EasyPure
Plasmid DNA was isolated from bacterial culture with the NucleoSpin® Plasmid EasyPure and competitor kits. The NucleoSpin® Plasmid EasyPure enables successful plasmid DNA isolation even with increasing culture volumes in a very short prep time. Plasmid DNA was eluted in 50 µL elution buffer. 2.5 µL from each eluate were analyzed on a 1 % TAE agarose gel.
