Eluates from NucleoBond® Xtra Maxi preparations were precipitated with the NucleoSnap Finisher Maxi and a conventional isopropanol precipitation. 6 preparations can be processed in only 7 minutes with the NucleoSnap Finisher Maxi.
100% DNA recovery
DNA yield in eluates from a NucleoBond® Xtra Maxi preparation were measured before and after precipitation with the NucleoSnap Finisher Maxi and isopropanol. With the NucleoSnap Finisher, 100% DNA recovery can be achieved.
