Living Colors GFP Monoclonal Antibody
A monoclonal antibody produced by hybridoma cells against recombinant full-length Aequorea victoria green fluorescent protein (rGFP). This antibody recognizes wild-type GFP, GFPuv, EGFP, destabilized EGFP variants, EBFP, EYFP, ECFP and both N- and C-terminal fusion proteins containing these GFP variants in bacterial and mammalian cell lysates.

- EYFP and YFP are highly related to wild type GFP and EGFP so are detected by the same antibodies
- mBanana is detectible using one of our DsRed polyclonal antibodies
- ZsYellow is detected by our reef coral pan antibody
