Each prepacked His60 Ni Gravity Column contains 1 ml of His60 Ni Superflow Resin, a high capacity resin for the purification of recombinant his-tagged proteins. Suitable for gravity-flow purification under native or denaturing conditions, each column can be reused 4 times to purify different preparations of the same protein.
The His60 Ni Gravity Column Purification Kit provides prepacked, high-capacity His60 Ni Gravity Columns and all of the buffers necessary to purify recombinant his-tagged proteins. This kit is suitable for gravity flow purification under native or denaturing conditions. Each column contains 1 ml of His60 Ni Superflow Resin, and can be reused 4 times to purify different preparations of the same protein. The kit provides enough reagents for 20 purifications.
