Amplification of various large templates using Advantage 2 Polymerase Mix. 1–3 μl of each PCR product was run on a 1.1% agarose/EtBr gel. Lane 1: 2.5-kb E. coli DNA polymerase gene amplified from genomic DNA. Lane 2: 3.5-kb bovine pancreatic trypsin inhibitor gene amplified from calf thymus genomic DNA.
