Competitor A: 300 µl plasma were processed according to the tissue protocol (6 volumes of lysis buffer) of a miRNA kit (A-miRNA).When each kit was used to perform 10 preps, the fastest results were obtained using NucleoSpin miRNA Plasma, both with and without rDNase digestion.
