When will I get the products?
If we get your order before midday Melbourne time Monday through Thursday, we ship the same day if the product is in stock.
Orders for stock products received after midday Melbourne time on Thursday or Friday will be shipped on Friday if the products can be shipped at room temperature, or on Monday if they need cold shipping.
Equipment orders are dependent on international freight schedules. For ETA on equipment purchases, please contact your respective territory managers or info@scientifix.com.au.
