Monoclonal antibody (Clone 9E10) raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 408-439 of the human p62-c-Myc protein. The antibody recognizes an epitope located within residues 410–419. This antibody is suitable for immunoprecipitation of c-myc tagged fusion proteins from cell lysates, ELISA, immunocytochemistry of microinjected or transfected cells, and localization of c-myc tagged proteins.
Overview
- 6xhis monoclonal antibody: detects as little as 1 ng of 6xhis-tagged proteins
- 6xhis monoclonal antibody-HRP conjugate: has high sensitivity and detection does not require a 2° antibody
- 6xHN polyclonal antibody: detects the 6xHN tag and can be used for Western blotting and ELISA
Applications
Detection via:
- Western Blot
- IP
- ELISA
