Uni-Link AminoModifier is a cyanoethyl phosphoramidite that allows you to directly incorporate a primary amine onto the 5′ end of an oligonucleotide using automated synthesis. Label-ON reagents provide an efficient way to directly label oligonucleotides with various reporter molecules. All Label-On Reagents possess the patented 2-aminobutyl-1,3-propanediol (ABPD) backbone, which offer distinct benefits.

Overview

  • Incorporate single or multiple labels during oligonucleotide synthesis
  • Place labels at the 5′ end, internally, or at the 3′ end
  • Maintain natural 3-carbon internucleotide phosphate distance
  • Obtain very high coupling efficiencies on any commercially available synthesizer

Applications

  • Oligo labeling (reagents)
  • Nucleic acid modifications
  • Nucleic acid chemistry (reagents)
  • Nucleic acid labeling (reagents)
  • Nucleic acid synthesis (reagents)
