This kit allows efficient and accurate first-strand cDNA synthesis. Each well contains a complete, lyophilized master mix of SMART MMLV Reverse Transcriptase, dNTPs, buffer, and both random hexamer and oligo(dT)18 primers. Simply reconstitute the master mix by adding PCR-grade water along with your RNA. Sprint RT Complete–Double PrePrimed comes packaged in either 8-well strips or 96-well plates. There are sufficient wells in each Sprint RT Complete product to perform 8 (Cat. No. 639531), 48 (Cat.No. 639532), or 96 (Cat. No. 639533) 20 μl RT reactions.
