SMARTer RNA unique dual index kits
SMARTer RNA unique dual index kits contain PCR primers for amplification of indexed Illumina-compatible NGS libraries. These unique, dual-indexed primers can be used with our SMARTer NGS RNA-seq kits to generate Illumina-compatible multiplexed libraries. These primers are compatible with the following kits: SMARTer Stranded RNA-Seq Kit, SMARTer Stranded RNA-Seq Kit HT, SMARTer Stranded Total RNA Sample Prep Kit – Low Input Mammalian, SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit – Pico Input Mammalian, SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v2 – Pico Input Mammalian, SMART-Seq Stranded Kit, and SMARTer smRNA-Seq Kit for Illumina.
