pBApo-EF1a Pur is a plasmid for gene expression in mammalian cells. This vector has a promoter from the human EF-1 alpha promoter and polyA signal from herpes simplex virus thymidine kinase. A target gene can be cloned into multiple cloning site and, after transfection, stable integration of the vector can be selected for using puromycin.
