One-Shot LA PCR Mix
One Shot LA PCR Mix Ver. 2.0 enables long-range PCR in a convenient premix format. This long-and-accurate PCR enzyme premix is composed of LA Taq DNA Polymerase, LA PCR Buffer II, and dNTPs provided at 2X concentration in 25-µl aliquots predispensed into 0.2-ml PCR tubes. Simply add an equal volume of solution containing DNA template and primers to each tube to obtain a complete and ready-to-amplify reaction.

PCR products
PCR products generated with LA Taq contain a mixture of 3′-A overhangs and blunt ends, allowing >80% cloning efficiency into T-vectors. However, the cloning efficiency of longer inserts (>5 kb) into T-vectors is quite low.
