Reliable genomic DNA removal with the NucleoSpin RNA Plus kit. NucleoSpin RNA Plus (MN; blue) and a competitor kit (Q; red) were used to isolate RNA from 5 x 106 HeLa cells and 20 mg mouse kidney. Residual genomic DNA was measured by qPCR. NucleoSpin RNA Plus showed higher CT values, indicating more efficient genomic DNA removal. Higher CT values mean less genomic DNA.
