Each

The Lenti-X Integration Site Analysis Kit contains all the reagents needed for PCR-based identification of lentiviral vector integration sites in transduced cell clones. The first step is the construction of pools of adaptor-ligated genomic DNA fragments, referred to as “libraries”. These libraries can then be used for identifying genomic DNA sequences flanking the 5′ end of the integrated provirus using long-distance PCR.

Overview

  • Identify sites of lentiviral integration into the host genome
  • Simple determination of lentivirus integration sites using GenomeWalker technology
  • Compatible with most commercially available lentivirus vectors
  • Complete system including all the necessary enzymes, primers, controls, PCR kit, genomic DNA purification kit, and gel purification kit
  • Retroviral version also available for detecting integration sites for MMLV and MSCV retroviruses
  • Identify sites of lentiviral integration into the host genome
