Effect of various protease inhibitors on enzymatic activity
Asparaginylendopeptidase was incubated with each protease inhibitor at the indicated concentration for 30 min at 35°C. After incubation, asparaginylendopeptidase enzyme activity was measured using DNP-Pro-Glu-Ala-Asn-NH as a substrate. The enzyme activity is expressed as enzyme inhibition rate.
