Monoclonal antibody was obtained by fusing the P3U1 myeloma cell line with lymph cells from a C57BL/6 mouse after immunization with rabbit IgG purified from serum protein. The monoclonal antibody was harvested from ascitic fluid from a SCID mouse.

This product does not contain preservative.The stock solution (2.0 mg/ml) should be stored in aliquots at –20℃ for up to 1 year or at 4℃ for up to 6 months after adding 0.1 sodium azide. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Diluted antibody should not be stored.
