AgentV-DSP. Developed to overcome downstream process-related particle loss, AgentV™-DSP solves key DSP challenges and increases particle yields up to 10-fold over legacy solutions. Biological components in conditioned media are a consistent problem during downstream processing of exosomes and extracellular vesicles. AgentV™-DSP, a downstream processing treatment that contains recombinant biological molecules, solves DSP filtration problems by breaking up biological components in conditioned media and preventing filter fouling. By doing so, it provides novel processing advantages such as: enabling the use of smaller cutoff filters, enabling greater filter loading capacity, and enabling greater EV yield through filtration. These advantages lead to a 40-70% particle recovery through DSP resulting in an up to 10-fold increase in particle yield.
