The AAVpro Hlper Free System (AAV2-LacZ) provides the plasmids necessary for preparing AAV2 particles to dliever the lacZ reporter gene into mammalian cells. The three included plasmids can be transfected into HEK 293T cells to prepare high-titer virus without a helper virus. This kit includes AAV Extraction Solution for efficient virus isolation without requiring ultracentrifugation.
Overview
- Produce high-titer AAV particles encoding the lacZ reporter gene under the control of the CMV promoter
