DNA Single Index Kits
DNA single index kits contain single-indexed PCR primers for amplification of indexed Illumina-compatible NGS libraries. All of the ThruPLEX kits and the PicoPLEX DNA-seq kit are compatible with these primers. This kit contains 12 single indexes, with each index having enough material for 8 reactions (96 reactions total).
