pNotI phosphorylated linker
The pNotI phosphorylated linker is a cloning reagent containing a phosphate group at its 5′-end, which enables it to be used directly in linker ligation during cloning experiments. The in-frame cloning of a target gene into a vector can be easily performed by using a phosphorylated linker that results in the desired reading frame.
This lyophilized product is a single-stranded oligonucleotide. For use in downstream applications, dissolve in a buffer such as TE, incubate at 70°C for 10 minutes, and anneal by cooling slowly.
