This marker consists of ten double-stranded fragments ranging from 20 to 200 bp in 20-bp units, plus additional 300, 400, and 500 bp fragments. The 100, 200, and 500 bp fragments are brighter than the other fragments and serve as visible reference indicators; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel. Cat #3420A and #3420B are premixed with loading dyes and glycerol, it is possible to apply this product to agarose gel electrophoresis directly.
