This marker consists of ten double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 200 bp to 2 kb in multiples of 200 bp, plus additional 2.5 kb, 3 kb and 4 kb fragments. The 1- and 2-kb fragments are brighter than the other fragments and serve as visible reference indicators; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel. Cat #3423 A and #3424 are premixed with loading dyes and glycerol, it is possible to use this product directly in agarose gel electrophoresis.
