The Pathway Profiling SEAP System contains eight cis-element reporter plasmids as well as negative and positive control
plasmids for investigating signal transduction in mammalian systems. This system provides sufficient reagents for
performing 50 calcium phosphate transfections in 35 mm tissue culture plates.
Signal transduction kits are available for in vivo studies of signal transduction—from signaling cascades to gene transcription.
Pathway profiling vectors. These vectors contain one of two promoters: the entire TATA-like region (TAL) from the thymidine kinase promoter or just its TATA box (TA).
