pSRE-SEAP is a reporter vector that is ideal for studying the induction of the serum response element (SRE). SRE is induced through the mitogen activated protein (MAP) kinase signal transduction pathway. pSRE-SEAP contains the secreted alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) gene as the reporter. pTAL-SEAP is provided as a negative control to measure background signals, or it can be used for studying putative enhancer elements, which can be cloned into the MCS.
