pIREShyg3 Vector is designed for the efficient production of stable cell lines expressing recombinant proteins in mammalian cells. This vector contains the internal ribosome entry site (IRES) of the encephalomyocarditis virus (ECMV), which permits both the gene of interest and the hygromycin B selection marker to be translated from a single mRNA.
