500 bp DNA Ladders

This marker consists of ten double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 500 bp to 5 kb in multiples of 500 bp. The 2-kb fragment is brighter than the other fragments and serves as a visible reference indicator; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel. Cat # 3425A and # 3425B are premixed with loading dyes and glycerol, it is possible to use this product directly in agarose gel electrophoresis.
