1 kb DNA Ladders

This marker consists of ten double-stranded DNA fragments ranging from 1 kb to 10 kb in multiples of 1 kb. The 5-kb fragment is brighter than the other fragments and serves as a visible reference indicator; all other fragments appear with equal intensity on the gel. Cat #3426A and #3426B are premixed with loading dyes and glycerol, it is possible to use this product directly in agarose gel electrophoresis.
